We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. Please help us and our shipping company by taking extra care when entering address details.
You'll be responsible for the payment of any local import duties for orders shipped to your country.
Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed which can take 2-3 days. Please take order processing time into consideration before placing your order.
It is shipped from our Hong Kong factory. We ship by REGISTERED AIRMAIL WITH TRACKING NUMBER.
It will take 15-25 working days to arrive. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays. Postal delivery is beyond our control. Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time.
Unfortunately No. Since this is a customized item, it is only manufactured on the day when you place an order. As such, Items are Non-Returnable under any circumstances
We will replace it once you have emailed us the photos of the item being damaged or faulty.
For Christmas season, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas, if order is made after NOVEMBER 30TH, 2019. For all occasions, it is best to order one month in advance.
For Chinese New Year, please email before purchasing for the month of January 2020 as WE WILL BE CLOSED FOR 2 WEEKS, EITHER THE FIRST 2 WEEKS OR THE LAST 2 WEEKS DEPENDING ON THE CALENDAR
